Great job! I didn't know there was a book! Have you seen the movie? That was the last movie I saw before the world shut down. It was cool to see that it was the #1 movie at the time. It's rare that a Christian movie reaches that mark.

message 456: by Lynnette (new)

Lynnette | 660 comments I have not seen the movie. I had planned to, but never made it. After reading the book I plan to see if I can find the movie and watch it now. I’m sure since I needed a box of tissues to get through the book I will probably need two boxes to get through the movie.

Does this have to be an automobile accident? Would stepping in a rut and spraining an ankle…or being shot at, falling and hitting her head be acceptable accidents for this prompt?

Let's keep with the spirit of the "fender bender" and say it should be a vehicular accident. The vehicle may be any sort (car, horse and buggy, train, etc.).

Andrea, does a novice journalist count for this? In the book I am currently reading, one of the main characters turns to writing newspaper articles as a new career/ way to earn money. I was going to pick a different book for this challenge; however, the character took an unexpected turn to writing articles, so I thought I'd ask.

For future reference, Evangelise, to add the link or cover for the books or authors, while on the desktop version of Goodreads (I don't think this option is in the app), click on the "add book/author" button above the comment box. The pop-up window will allow you to choose between "link" and "cover" at the bottom and the "book" or "author" at the top. There's a search bar to search for the book you want to link.
