I read a murder mystery book back in 2014-2015 and it was about these multiple people like a maid, a janitor/mechanic, businessmen, and others who were like at this hotel/apartments because a rich guy famous in their town had passed away and they had all been given invitations to be able to have a chance at getting some of the fortune. I remember the janitor/mechanic dying towards the end of the book and it had a clue in it dealing with 'America The Beautiful' song. I also remember the maid and another character dealing in stocks at one point in the book? It's been a long time since I read this book so some of the details might be a little off.
