Girl stares at blank schedule for too long and is transported to another place read around 2015-2017

The main character is a girl. Her mother is very strict with time and scheduling. One day her mother forgets to write a schedule and she brings it to the older lady next door who has no clocks in her house. While the girl is in the older woman’s house, she stares at a blank schedule for too long and is transported to a different place where people are forced to make the clocks work and the world is centered heavily around time. There is a villain who is the one coercing these people to work with some kind of hypnotic effect. Eventually she has to destroy the biggest clock on this tower (where these people are working) to put an end to all of that. She eventually is transported back into her world. No time has passed and the older lady tells her that she has been to that place as well, but the girl doesn’t hear it as she leaves the house to make sure her life is back to normal.

I believe the title had something to do with time, but it was a long time ago.
