SOLVED. YA Fantasy about a pickpocket learning to be a rogue. [s]

Read this book a couple of years ago. 2015 at earliest but i don’t think it was a new book when I read it. I can remember a lot of the plot but no names and it is killing me. Hoping y’all can help so here goes. So basically starts off with this kid who is picking pockets to bring home extra money for his family bc they are poor as dirt. Somehow he either picks the wrong pocket or something and meets this dude that turns out to be a rogue and is very very good at picking locks. He sees talent in the boy and asks him to come join the guild a school he teaches at . It is basically a school for adventurers that will grow up and find treasure hoards and stuff. One main character boy gets there he meets a black female Druid kid , a scrawny scaredy can’t wizard, and a girl barbarian. They are basically the unlikely crew but end up doing some pretty crazy cool stuff together. I know there is a live intro at of some sort but they’re just kids so it’s not heavy on the romance. Now I’m gonna go into the ending spoiler zone. So if you don’t want to know stop reading. Main character boy picks the impossible lock and teach tells him that he has surpassed him. Teach sends the crew out on a mission to a goblin cave that the crew is actually way to young and inexperienced for and ends up nearly killing them. This means that the boss guild members have to come save the crews bits. This leaves the guild empty and we find out that teach has been a bad guy the whole time. He only brought this kid because he saw his talent. He try’s to abuse this talent and force main character boy to unlock the guilds vault. A lock that teach can’t open. He’s using the crew getting nearly killed as a distraction to steal all the gold. Big battle ensues but all ends well. Main man actually unlocks the vault further proving his talent but the good guys show up to beat up evil teacher man. All goes back to normal and the crew plans on maybe sultan tong their own guild and being super awesome when they grow up. It leaves room for another story but I don’t know if there is another one. Hoping y’all can help!!!
