I am looking for a fiction book I read probably around 2016(?) by a female author. I believe it was a newer book at the time I read it.

The story took place within one day. The mother had hit her head early on and the son was concerned and downloaded an app that would ask a random question throughout the day to make sure she didn't have a concussion. I believe the story was set in Seattle and recall one of the final scenes being near the Space Needle.

I am not sure, but I think the mom might have been an author and was talking on the phone regarding work-related topics during the story.

I also remember it feeling urgent and fast-paced, even though the timeframe was really just one day.

It really enjoyed it and wish I could remember the title. Thanks in advance for any help!
