I am looking for the Anthology or the short story dedicated to/inspired by Gene Roddenberry,
One story is the history of AI. It starts with a simple version of AI but quickly becomes more complex and makes new versions of AI that humans cannot understand. At some point two main AIs dominate with the older ones no longer replying to humans. The two AIs have a high-level mind war, one AI is introverted and the other is looking for art maybe.
I think it was in an anthology dedicated to/inspired by Gene Roddenberry, not written by him but stories inspired by him. The authors tell a story about their connection to Gene Roddenberry and have a story that is kinda in the style of Roddenberry. It is not For a Breath I Tarry by Roger Zelazny
