SOLVED. Adult Romance - She works in a library he is doing community service. [s]

I’m fair sure I read this in the 2010’s (probably mid to later years). I may be mixing two books up but I’m not sure. I think they are in a smaller type of town and she works in the library in the kids section but there is a lot of talk that the library may close or at the very least downsize. I believe her boss my retire in the end and she gets the job. The hero is given community service (for something small and silly - I think) and she ends up being in charge of what he has to do. I think at one stage she has him dress up in a costume for the kids. She ends up falling for him and seems to forget some of the hours he works to continue having him in the library with her. She also had him moving lots of boxes and moving things around. I think this may have been a second chance romance or they knew each other before this.
