It's about these aliens that kind of invade earth and they bring this thing called the "noise" and when you reach a certain age you fall under it and become sort of a mindless zombie. There's this boy that is immune to it and a girl and then they find this girl in an alien ship that crashed and she has amnesia.

No it's not The Knife of Never Letting Go although it's similar, and Earthfall sounds really close/similar but I don't think that's it either, but thanks anyways guys. :)
