For those who haven't read Kim Wilkins before, I'd sincerely recommend her
series. The second one was recently available on Netgalley. I just ate through them both and am about to grab the short story.

This was reviewed in the paper on the weekend and I always check books I want to read that are new releases in NetGalley as a number of times they have been available. And voila! There it was and I've been approved :)

Ooh, I love Russian fiction as well. I've read a lot of them this year, mostly by accident, but they've all been good. I've gone and requested it too.

The Rosie Project was one of those major international bestsellers. He may end up being a one hit wonder? We shall see!

I can recommend Gun Island - I haven't rated much highly this month but this was a real treat. Be warned it is not something that can be read quickly you have to relax into it https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
