Marc | 11 comments I'm trying to remember the title of a book from my childhood: a story of a boy who created the most amazing engineering projects all from a single ball of string. Circa 1970s. Line drawings, possibly pencil crayon lines.

Kodi | 4 comments Hi Marc! I believe you’re thinking of A Big Ball of String by Marion Holland. I used to read that at my Gram’s house! :)

Marc, your topic header is too vague. It says "ball of string."

You need to put your full sentence in your topic header: "children's book: a story of a boy who created the most amazing engineering projects all from a single ball of string."
