2. The Needle has Landed - Neko Case
3. Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots - Flaming Lips

A bit odd as none of the songs really flows into the next (except maybe for the Flaming Lips > Portishead transition). At least nothing embarrassing today.

Oh thats a good one! Death Cab for Cutie "I Will Possess Your Heart" is playing now. The intro itself should break a record for the longest intro, but I love this song! Photojim wrote: "Southpaw, I two of those songs in my general playlist. Ca..."On the comical side and judging by your wonderful sense of humor, my guess would be... "Who's Zoomin' Who?" and "Life in the Fast Lane".
Although I must say that the Carrie Underwood title alone could be enough to get you going. I can just see you starting a new thread entitled..."I Know You Won't"...lol.
Not a bad idea about the new thread. Maybe you should start one. But you got the two on the very first guess. However, in all honesty, I did a search on my iTunes and I do have the Carrie Underwood song on there as well. I don't remember putting it on there. According to the play history I've never played it. But I actually have a whole album dumped on Cosmic Garden (the name of the computer I use as my music server). Give me a sec and I'll post my random playlist as soon as it is done playing the five songs.

Another Glee fan? Sej, we would get along GREAT :)
Some of us would be suffering from Glee-coma. That's right, our eyes would be damaged from the crap they were exposed to. Then we'd have to turn to medical marijuana to make it through. (did you get the impression I'm not a fan?)
You would be the only one Jim! Huh I was wondering why the heck was alllll of Glee songs were together. My shuffle mode was on album! Okay, phew, I'm not nutty.Hey Lotte_Ladybird, yes we will!
Kim your 8yr old stepson?
Jeez, Sej, keep up with the family tree!Stepdaughter: 33 yr old
Stepson: 23 yr old
Son: 9 yr old (just had a b-day)

Granddaughter by Stepdaughter: 1 yr old
Got it? I don't want to have to explain it again. ROFLMAO!!
My bad Ms Kim! In my defense, I had just woken up and hadn't had my coffee. But wow, very confusing family! It's like Brady Bunch 2010.

KimI`m glad you posted your family tree, like Sej I was confused and you can see by my relatives I have plenty to be confused about there.
Anyway I love the variety in yours :)
Yeah, I don't think I explained it too well. My husband's daughter has been married 3 times, and my husband has been married 3 times. When I said my husband teases me about it I meant he teases me because since we've been together we've gone through 3 son-in-laws. Me, I've only been married once, and have one child of my own. My side's pretty simple, thank goodness!

Melinda, I don't know the Demi Lovato, but have to say love it! Gotta' love the Social D and Ave Q.Megan, two thumbs up for RENT alone.
Sabrina, that is as random as they come. Love it! Virtuoso guitar, Outkast, and Offspring? Classic.
Someone, Kansas and Evanescence apparently do play well with others.
I'm surprised the shuffle didn't turn out so bad. A couple years ago I was mad at my husband and back then we carpooled to work together. So I downloaded a bunch of horrible music that I knew he would hate to play while we were in the car. I still have those on my iPod. I made it up to him when I got the Ave Q soundtrack; at least, that's my story - I don't know how much he really forgave me for having to listen to so much Gwen Stefani. And Demi Lovato is who I had to use as a compromise for my daughter when I refused to download any Hannah Montana music.
My shuffle list at the moment :1.Liz Callaway - "Once Upon a December"
2.Slut - "Stagged And Torn"
3.Linkin Park - "Breaking The Habit"
