SOLVED. YA Fantasy of girl working in a magical store

I read this around 2010 or so. Teen girl gets her first job in a magical shop and at some point meets the fates. She does not know about magic when she is hired and the book was pretty lighthearted and fun. The cover showed the shop, the MC and I think some monsters. and she’s wearing a shirt that says “Orc, The Other White Meat”
