RomCom book released in 2022: Girl saves boy from drowning(?) and his parents think she's his girlfriend

From what I remember, this girl kinda comes along and saves this boy's life and while the boy is in the hospital, she visits him and his family thinks that she's his girlfriend and they become ecstatic. The cover has a girl on it, tall and brunette and a little larger, and she's facing us. The cover is blue and yellow and is like a beach type of thing. It came out in 2022 and I've looked everywhere and can't find it.
