Teen romance books that were all part of a series but I don’t think they were by the same authors. I remember that the covers were cartoon and the spines had the main females face in a small square at the top. Feel like they were vibrantly coloured but this could be wrong. One was about summer vacation on a river or a beach with the main male character having brothers I think? But there were dozens of different stories. Read in around 2008-2012 if not earlier.

I read the story here in Australia but I have a feeling it was more America based but can’t be too sure.
I found them! They are the Simon Pulse romantic comedies series 😊 Aimless googling of vague outlines really helped but it was mentioning boating that found one of them 😂
That was it! Now I’ll probably read them all for nostalgia!
