Heroine who's like a ghost only the hero can see and hear

Hi. I'm looking for a name of a book. Don't remember when I read it but it was a few years ago. The book starts with the heroine saying something mean about the hero who had a scar on his face. She later gets into some kind of accident and walked around like she's a ghost. No one can see her and the only one who's aware of her presence is the hero. The heroine keeps waking up in her body somewhere in the woods and kept passing out. She wasn't dead yet but she would be if the hero doesn't find her. The story is about finding out what happened to her and where she is. I remember the plot but not the title so if anyone knows the name, please let me know.
