[answered] Why doesn't Shoot Around meet catalog guidelines?

I was looking to add the entry Shoot Around into my to-read shelf, but was unable to and received the message that "This item does not meet our catalog guidelines and can no longer be rated or reviewed." After reviewing the guidelines, it doesn't seem like it fits the examples of items that do not meet the Goodreads catalog guidelines. There are other web comics listed on webtoons and other similar websites without any issue, so I was curious why this one differed. Does anyone have any insight on this?

A webcomic must be issued in a collected edition (physical or electronic) to be valid on Goodreads.

If there are other examples here, they were added against policy.
