Courting Dragons Courting Dragons (King's Fool Mystery, #1) by Jeri Westerson by Jeri Westerson. Set in 1529 in King Henry VIII court. Very engaging book you want to know happens next. I like our main character Will a lot. It is a tough job being Henry VIII's court Jester.

Woman Reading (is away exploring) | 157 comments The Kate Daniels' adventures continue with the surprise release of Magic Claims (Kate Daniels Wilmington Years, #2; Kate Daniels, #10.6) by Ilona Andrews Magic Claims by Ilona Andrews.

This is the second story in the Wilmington trilogy. Chronologically,
it follows after the main series of 10 novels and before Blood Heir.

For those who have never read the UF Kate Daniels series, a new reader could start with the Wilmington trilogy to get a taste for Kate & team.

I'm enjoying Swan's for the Money right now on audible/libby. I've read and listened to many of these, though not in order.

This is a good series to read out of order. I don't feel like there is that much in the way of on going storylines you miss out on if you skip around.

And it is such a fun series!

After reading the second installment of Kate Daniels: The Wilmington Years, I just had to do a re-read of the series. I found this audiobook version for Kate Daniels #1 made by Graphic Audio which uses a full cast to "perform" / read the book and includes sound effects.

This time, author Graham Brack has him investigating a 'locked-room' Murder In Maastricht where he is supposed to be engaged in a debate about witches. An impossible crime scene? Witches?
