Far off in the future humanity has started colonizing the stars. One specific ship is planning on setting out and colonizing a recently terraformed system. But they're way behind schedule because of terrorist activity. So they call in the MC, and she ends up revamping security, solving the terrorist plots, figuring out it's an enemy company that wants the terraformed system, and helping the ship launch. Of course it isn't that easy and now there's an infamous serial killer hidden on the sleeping ship and if they don't find him/her all the crew and colonists will die.

Once they take care of the serial killer, help an enslaved branch of humanity get their freedom, fight off the slavers, and discover the entire colony is to hide the experiments of an insane genius they hop into a gravity well and end up several thousand years in the future.



As you can tell I remember a lot about this book series, but I can't for the life of me remember the title or the author. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
