I would, but I am following a LOT of threads, lol. I'd rather just visit them when a notification appears, or I'll be at it all day!

Technically there is an 'E' character too, but he only appears once very briefly, and it doesn't feel right to include him, even if having only the 8 missing off the list makes me itchy-scratchy, lol.

So I was curious and went through your TBR hahaha.
I've read The M&M Boys many moons ago.
Oh, and I know that at least Laura has read The Boys in the Boat: Nine Americans and Their Epic Quest for Gold at the 1936 Berlin Olympics.

So I was curious and went through your TB..."
ah, I don't actually use the GR 'want to read' as my tbr, lol. It's mostly something I use to add things I've been recommended and then I'll glance through before going book shopping. Once I've bought something, it becomes TBR ;)
Most of what I'll be reading will come from here:
https://www.goodreads.com/review/list...

Yes, it has been, but I can't remember who... we talked about it though.
I'll maybe read it as a Reverse in April because I finally need to get rid of that one on my TBR, it's been on there for far too long!

Yes, it has been, but I can't remember who...."
It was me, I have read Big Little Lies :)

Yes, it has been, but I can't remember who...."
It'll be a good way to inch up a little further in the TBR closet challenge ;)

The Boys in the Boat was so strangely satisfying. It was an unexpectedly good read!

Definitely haha.

I got nothing off your list. Although you have Aurora Teagarden #3, and that's the one I'm on, too. And I was going to continue in the Jane Yellowrock series. So while you may not have books on your list that work for you to read as Reverses, you have books that allow me to read for Reverses. :)
ETA: Obviously not the Aurora Teagarden one, but Jane Yellowrock works.

Awesome! It's always awkward with these kind of challenges when I tend to read so much stuff no-one has even heard of, lol!
I'll probably end up reading more Jane this month. I have rather a few of them floating around now :)

With your Dutch knowledge you will probably already understand 50% of the book ;)

Of course he's a lawyer !
Having worked for a law firm until very recently I'm convinced that they studied law just in order to know all the loopholes :D

I used to speak German reasonably fluently... I didn't do well at it for some reason when we lived in The Netherlands, but after we moved back to Scotland, I suddenly shot way ahead. I got my German qualifications 2 years early, and the teacher (who was half German, half Polish) set me up extra classes the year after that, which was basically just us chatting, me reading books and writing essays. All in German. (to date, I still think of Momo as one of my childhood favourites!)
Unfortunately, I've not spoken more than a few words of it since leaving school *cough27cough* years ago, so I've forgotten most of it, sadly. But yes, there are many words that are decipherable when you also speak Dutch, so if I was really determined, I'm sure I'd manage. :D

That was my thought, too, and it makes the book even more hilarious in some places, knowing how lawyer brains function hehe. (I used to work in a law firm until last year as well.)
