YA Novel about a boy whose transitioning, starts to see ghosts after moving into the home where their ghost friend was murdered and sexually assaulted as a teenager, ghost is unhealthily obsessed with the main character

Fairly new book, came out somewhere between 2019 and 2021.
I remember there being a girl with headphones on the cover. In the book he uses headphones to communicate with the ghost friend while at school. There was a scene where he runs out of class and bandages his chest tight in enough he passes out and becomes severely sick.
Also a scene during track the guy he hates tries to kiss him and he bites the dudes tongue.
