So I saw this book on Goodreads a couple years back and I've never been able to find it again but the premise seemed interesting. It was about a brother and sister (they might have been twins but im not sure) who go swimming one day and while they're swimming they see a light in the sky and when they get home they find out everyone in their town is dead. Then the next morning they wake up and they find out the day has started over. Probably came out before 2015 but i dont know an exact date.
