Mystery novel about someone waking from a coma

I am trying to find an old book a read many years ago, maybe around 2013ish but the book was old so it would of been written easily in the 90s or early 2000s but cannot remember the name or author at all!
This plot (what i can remember) is a redheaded woman waking up from a coma to find that her husband is nowhere to be found and her best friend/doctor is no longer her doctor, she was told she had a child during her coma and discovers with the help of an ex military dog trainer that her husband and friend ran off with each other and took the child too dying the childs hair blonde to hide the red hair and the book was her road to discovering this and forming a new relationship and post coma life.
