Please help me find this book!

I’ve been trying to remember the name of a book for the longest time. I remember reading it about 10 years ago, and it was about a girl who rode a carousel which ending up coming to life, and they traveled back in time and there was a highway man somewhere in the story too. I can’t remember much else but i really want to find this book
