Name of the book needed

It was a sort of dark romance book.
I remember it being a duet.
So, the plot is basically, the female is married to an asshole husband. Her husband's best friend arrives in the scene. He falls in love with her. He is an enigmatic and mysterious character. HE saves the female lead and then marries her at the end of book 1. Then in book 2, he is possessive and has bodyguards also. That's all I remember.
Now I read it around an year ago.
