I missed that one somehow! Sorry! I'll post the completion once again once I have read another book that fits the task.

Task 25.7 requires a page total of at least 601 pages.
Nothing Bad Ever Happens Here has 256 pages. When We Fall has 304 pages. Total of the two books is 560 pages, so does not meet the minimum page requirement for the task.

Also, just FYI, your readerboard name is Mike MA, so you don't need to include the "in" when posting!

Required: REQUIRED: If the setting is not clear from the GR description or the metadata, state the setting and provide a reference."

Could you check again. I just looked at it, and it definitely is Option 1 - Author's initials, and the book there is The Secret, Book & Scone Society by Ellery Adams. Maybe GR is being glitchy?

You claimed The Little Prince.
1. This is only 96 pages, so will not work for a 20 point task in the SRC.
2. This book has both Childrens and Middle Grade as main page genres.
Please review the Rules of the Challenge re required length of books for use in the SRC and rules for the use of childrens books in the SRC.

editing old posts won't do - you need to do new posts. For childrens books, you need to look at all the information to see whether it works.

I looked at that discussion and can confirm that it basically takes place only in Utah with the exception of 1 10 page flight/travel section. Is it sufficient to just state that or do I need quotes or further support from the book? thx.

As stated in post 136 in this thread, you need to review the Rules of the Challenge for the use of childrens books in the SRC.
"d) Books that have an IL designation of MG MUST ALSO have a BL of 5.0 (or higher) AND AR Pts of 7.0 (or higher). The AR BookFinder UK equivalent for MG is MY.
All AR Bookfinder information including scores MUST be posted when the book is claimed for points or no points will be awarded (You can copy the AR BookFinder ratings)"
You have not included the required info for a MG level. I checked, and it does not meet the requirements.

Please see the Default Rules and FAQs:
"8. What if a book has multiple authors in a task involving author names, initials, or other characteristics (gender, birthplace, etc.)?
The general default rule is that books by a single author must be used. This can be varied by the task creator until task becomes final. "
All the Ways We Said Goodbye has 3 authors, so does not work for this task.

Can you please check my It's A Fact tickets? The Readerboard says 3. My records say 4 (posts 797, 894, 1122 and 1403).
Thanks!

The word in the title must have all its letters found in the specified phrase. There is no "V" and only 1 A in the target phrase, so Vacation does not work.

Sorry, I don't think I'm understanding... the task says "Read a book with a word in the title of at least 4 letters that can be made using the letters in Penicillium notatum. Letters may only be used as often as they appear."
Required: State the word.
The letters I "found" in Penicillium notatum were action, vACaTION (Penicillium notatum)
Can you confirm a word that would fulfill that task if I am misunderstanding? Otherwise, sorry my notation made it unclear in my first post!
