We get the point of view of the murderer throughout the story. What clues did you assemble from each scene that were helpful in deducing the killer?

[Robin]

From reading those scenes, I knew the killer was a guy. And I knew that Erin wasn't his only target. He was looking at Bree as his next victim.

Yes we find out it was a guy. Also he seemed to be a planner with watching everything/everyone.

The more we got of the killer’s point of view, the more I became convinced he wasn’t Justin. He was too angry and focused on that house. Why would Justin be that way?

[Sharon]

I agree. Getting the murderer's thoughts we know it is a man, with a lot of anger, and ready to kill as he felt he needed. It confirms that it was not Justin.
