YA Fiction about bullying and possibly computers? Read ~2009. One character was pushed off a bridge/into a body of water by bullies.

-3 protagonists: protagonist boy, nerdy male friend (maybe named Noah?), female friend
-Cover art was kind of watercolor-esque and featured a rendering of the characters in front of colored squares
-Title was something like "The Interpreters" or "The Outsiders" (but neither of those)
-Someone (I think the nerdy boy possibly named Noah?) got pushed into a stream/off a bridge by bullies in the climactic scene
-There is a scene where the protagonist visits the nerdy boy's house and sees that he has a poster of a scantily clad starlet dressed as a cavewoman
-I think the nerdy boy likes dinosaurs
-In addition to the themes about bullying, there are some computer-related plotlines? I think these seemed outdated when I read this in 2009
