I've been absolutely gobsmacked by the amount of complaining I've seen this year to be brutally honest!
Heather does this from the good of her heart and has successfully run it for bloody years!
Technical screw ups at both Amazon and Elfster, plus Amazon changing its international gifting rules aren't her fault.
So I just want to say thanks again Heather for making this a fabulous few weeks before Christmas with - in the main - the usual generosity of spirit I've come to expect from those who take part 💕
I saw Cut and Run recommended so much, would love to get first book to read.

I sent a PM to Sheri and Sandra. In case someone is reading along without knowing if they too have outstanding unclaimed gifts, here's a step-by-step on how to get to your gift list on Amazon.
Choose "Content and Devices" from under "Your Account" -> Select "Books" -> you'll see "Digital Content" -> Where it is set to "Books" change the drop-down to "Gifts"
Anything marked "Unclaimed" will have the option to "Change Recipient Email"
If you have books which are no longer on Amazon's servers, they may not be able to be claimed. If that is the case, you can contact customer service and they'll issue gift card credit for them. I used the credit to send more gifts lol

with their new "Gifting" it doesn't show up on this list only the older books do, nothing I gifted past Christmas in July shows here :( I hate when they mess with a good thing

yeah, for newer books, you have to go to your digital orders and look for the ones that shows 0 of 1 redeemed... annoying.
Shandra --> yeah, anything NEW doesn't shop up here. the only gifts recorded there on my account are the ones sent LAST year. phoey

The new stuff does have to be manually sorted from your orders by just scrolling. I’ve yet to find a way to search for unredeemed recent gifts.

Before (and I checked and double checked) you could not send a book to a different email. They gave you a few weeks and that was that.
At the same time, their customer support is not always knowledgeable in all things Amazon - now AND before 🤣😄🤣
