Add book to author profile/me to book listing

Can you please add this book to my author profile and add me as a contributing author to the listing?
This one makes no indication that I am in it, and as it was limited and oop the website that would have that has been taken down. I can provide proof via a photo of the TOC, if that would help. Let me know what would work best for verification.
My author profile has two spaces between first and last name.
