You will love it. And I'm with you on fall/winter reading here in northern Colorado!
I'll usually keep Christmas or winter theme stories for the fall and winter (here in Canada it's a looooong season) so that I can enjoy the short summer :)For October I'm still working on

October Finishes: The Truth Teller, Sense and Sensibility: An Amish Retelling of Jane Austen's Classic, Jimmy, In Search of a Prince, My Foolish Heart, A Midnight Dance, Long Way Home, The Prophet: Amos, The Matchmaking Pact, Mount Hope: An Amish Retelling of Jane Austen's Mansfield Park
Busy month with life and mom duties this month so I ended up only reading 5 out of 10 books planned, with one extra I didn't plan for that I ended up really enjoying. It was my first Colleen Coble book,
. I really liked that it was a mystery but wasn't gruesome or filled with a lot of evil. I really enjoyed the characters. I finished Tracie Petersons Heart of the Frontier Series and just adored all three of those books. I want to read more from her for sure.
I also started Terri Blackstocks Restoration Series and really loved the first book
. It's about a power outage that puts a family in crisis and and makes them decide if they're going to hoard resources or seek God and His ways and give and love in the time of lack. I just finished it last night and am very much looking forward to the second book.Did anyone read holiday books that were 4 or 5 stars? I'd like to read a few holiday books in November.
