tomorrow.

Oh, I'm so sorry you got COVID! Hope you're feeling better soon.
I loved House of Leaves! A challenging, but creepy read.
I posted the second discussion for The Devil in Silver today. The book is blowing my mind. I really like LaValle's work.

I did end up sleeping for 3.5 hours. I finished
before midnight and after having some time to think about it, it is a REALLY well-written YA novel. I will definitely be checking out more of her books. It kind of turned me on my head last night but as I've thought about it, I enjoyed it.

My reading through October 29.https://intotheabyssreviews.blogspot....
Now reading Bishop for a Tour Post November 10 and finishing The Nightmare Hour tv tie-in edition by R. L. Stine. Hope to read Literally Dead: Tales of Halloween Hauntings. Haven't managed any Stephen King in October, will move those to November for Spooky Month #3.

STARTED
Soooo I started HoL in Sept and barely touched it in Oct...ugh. I just have had so much else going on and books I wanted to read or "had" to read more than HoL. My buddy finished it weeks ago. Maybe this weekend I can buckle down with it. lol. Once I get past the big chunk, it's easy but it's just not hooked me yet.
https://intotheabyssreviews.blogspot....I read 35; 31 I count as Horror-Halloween--pumpkin--spooky (inc. Some pretty scary psychological thrillers). The rest: Science Fiction, alternative history/historical fantasy (Babel). My primary emphasis was on Horror, ditto November.
Books mentioned in this topic
