SOLVED Another FaustI read most of this book when I was in high school (2010-2012). I don't remember the title, the author or most of the main plot except that the main characters were teenagers with magical abilities but went to a normal school of sorts.
I remember the teenagers most likely being foster sibling. The mother gave them special powers. One girl could pause time that she mainly used to catch up on reading in peace. Another kid could rewind time and did so after hurting another kid that was annoying him with a golf cart. And there was something about one of the oldest girls enhancing her abilities with these showers that would cause her a lot of pain.
I mostly remember the cover, teenagers that look like vampire (are not vampires (I think)) sitting and standing on a red velvet stair case. Had this dark look over the cover.
