I liked this story but not as much as others in the series. I would have liked a bit more on how she resolved the Elle case (how she made that conclusion, etc.).
I liked this one. I was totally floored that Bibby was involved with the Spragues. That never crossed my mind. I also liked following the Elle Chin case.
I enjoyed this one. So many surprise twists and turns and solid police procedurals. And, I’m loving how Tracy is dealing with real life issues.
I loved this story. I was disappointed that Tracy didn't file a complaint when she was moved to the cold case unit. However, the story would be different, so a temporary assignment to Cold Cases would work for me more. Also, I didn't particularly appreciate that Maria helped push Tracy out of homicide. That was so wrong, in my opinion. If Maria didn't know Tracy, I would feel differently. Maria allowed Nolasco to use her as his pawn to push Tracy out. Maria knew that Tracy loved being in major crimes.
I’m conflicted about Maria as I “assumed” she didn’t have options. Wonder how this will play out in the long run.
I too am wondering how her move to the Cold Case will play out. It does provide her more autonomy and a better chance of work/life balance. I'm just not sure she will find it as rewarding as being on the A team
I agree that it will work out for Tracy in the long run. It would "feel" better to me if Tracy was given a choice instead of Nolasco telling her it was her only option.
