Tracy considers her next options, whether to accept the move to Cold Cases or retire. What did you make of how she went about forming a decision? The actual decision?

I'm glad she sought out her counselor, which was a way to get some other opinions/questions on the table for consideration. For example, what were her motives for any of the choices?

[Jonetta]

Good question, Charlene, and I though she did an excellent job of getting input so she could better understand what she wanted. It was thoughtful, measured and smart.

I agree with both of you. Tracy thought the options through and talked to Dan and her counselor.

I was glad to see that she talked with Dan and her counselor. It was also nice to hear that Dan had her back and asked her if she spoke with HR about Nolasco.

Talking to the counselor was a smart move and one that Dan suggested. I don't think retiring was ever really an option for her.
