Lol I have a book but I don’t know that I will be done by tomorrow morning. That’s ok I can hold off reading it and save it for another task.

Probably has that later in the story 🤪. I just can't get into books where the characters are too much. Just feels fakey right from the start.

Ehh...I'm doing a bad job picking em this time. I'm going to do
instead. 200 pages.In that dragon one, the MCs were together since they were 14, he ups and leaves at 18, and they don't see each other for 18 years. Despite saying he always loved her and whatever, he admits he didn't even look for her once during their 18 year separation....while she stuck around town for 4 years after he left waiting for him and hacked databases and stuff looking for him after she moved.
I thought I'd posted earlier, but I guess I either got sidetracked or forgot to hit the post button! I'm reading

I've got a couple of hours left, and I'm enjoying it but I don't think as much as the previous series. If you haven't read the other books in the Smith's Shifter World you really don't want to start with this one. There are three separate series included (and this is the last one) but they're very connected, and there's a ton of character and backstory carryover from one series to the next. They're all a lot of fun though.

It took me all day today to get through a book that wasn't much over four hours in audio, and my current book is around twice as long.
