SOLVED. YA Medieval/ Magic/ Fantasy themed Seek and Find book pre-1990. [s]

I had a copy of this book while growing up and it's been lost to time. It was a large hardcover "Seek-and-Find" that had a storyline the reader followed as you looked for items like keys, monsters, and other items throughout. One page was a bustling market full of pies and vendors. Another was an underground sewer with ogres and stinky cheese pizza as one of the items (not kidding lol) One of the main characters in the book was named "Tern the Page" and I recall just how macabre and bizarre the art style was. For example, I recall one page showed some giant grotesque grubs with contorted human faces. It was very reminiscent of a late 70's/early 80's Dungeons and Dragons style. I realize it's a bit of a long-shot but if this rings a bell with anyone I would be eternally grateful to find it again!
