Children's Picture book - Cubism style art. Main character a man with rhombus shaped face, he puts out a fire. Read around 1995? Lots of yellow, purple, black and white colors: very vibrant.

all the details i can give about this book is that the main character is a male, the art is very unique, clean lines, almost in the style of cubism. I think he wears a yellow jacket. he puts out a fire and that illustration is a house in flames with a black and white path leading to the house. I think the title is the character's name.
Pretty positive he's an outcast because of his flamboyant and colorful style but then is embraced by his black white and grey community and everyone starts dressing in color and fun cothes.
