Vampire female from nobility meets 2 vampire commoner twins - collection of short stories about supernatural beings

I read and re-read this book frequently last year [2021] and early this year [2022], but when I changed phones, I lost the book. I couldn't remember if it was in my Kindle app or Marvin app, if it was in my kindle, sometimes they update the covers which throws me off. I had loads of bookmarks throughout the book. I wasn't able to find this book because I have too many books in both apps.
This book is a collection of erotic short stories.

The first story is about one vampire girl from vampire aristocracy.
Her mother wants her to marry this vampire politician, an arranged marriage she doesn’t want. She meets these vampire twins one day on a walk in the woods when they were playing in water. They like her, she's wary of them.
When she bumps into them again next time, they take her out, she buys a questionable yellow dress that she doesn't love, her vampire brothers pickpocket rich vampires. She gets outraged, they explain that they’re playing Robin Hood.
They bring her to this eatery that their mum runs and she eats a beef sandwich for the first time and enjoys it a lot. She may have mentioned that the aristocracy only ate deer which wasn’t very flavourful.
She confides in them that she has an arranged marriage coming up which she wasn’t happy about and the brothers offer to take her in. She is unsure and the vampire brothers write their house directions on a bit of paper while she thinks about it.
When she gets home, reality hits, her mum yells at her for spending money on an ugly yellow dress, her arranged marriage is suddenly scaring her too much and she escapes.
She follows the directions towards the sea and finds the brothers' little house near the beach.
They clean her up, feed her, get freaky with her, then the vampire authorities come knocking. The brothers hide her in a windless room before answering the door. The authorities hand other a drawing/photo of her and ask them if they’ve seen her. Apparently her mum is in a panic about the arranged marriage not going ahead. The authorities don’t believe them and ask to look around and get shot down by the brothers who refuse.
Afterwards, they live happily ever after.

The last story is about werewolves. Possibly involves a power struggle.

That's the thing, I remember that there were multiple short stories in the book, but not if there were different authors for each story. It's possible that it's an anthology, the stories were different in supernatural beings and writing style, I remember, and I definitely had a preference to the first and last stories - vampire and werewolf respectively.

It was with adults, no teenagers, no incest, the twins had sex with the girl together, but not with each other.
