Read a young adult book about 2019-2021 about a girl who looks for her college-age sister who left home a couple of years ago. She looks with her bestie and meets a couple of band guys. One of them is very rich and goes on to be her bf. The best friend loves running and dates one of the band guys. Cover has a girl in a large hat and a guy in maybe a cafe.
