SOLVED. Middle Grade/ YA where a boy gets kicked out of schools until he ends up at a reform school where he thinks his friends are psychic. [s]

I must have read this between 2013 and 2015. The main character was a boy with a talent for pissing people off who kept getting kicked out of schools until he ended up at a boarding/reform school where he makes friends with the other main characters, a boy who gets in trouble for cheating even though he's really smart, a guy who interrupts and twitches a lot, and a boy who gets in trouble for setting fires. He thinks they might just have super powers.

They do. And so does he. He tells his friends but they get angry until he proves he's right when the guy who cheats tries to prove him wrong by doing the psychic test things with the cards and getting everything wrong which the main character points out is a statistical anomaly.
At the end of the book the mc has to talk to a lady to stop the school from getting shut down and could use his powers to suck up to her but decides to just be honest instead. At one point a bully character puts bombs around the school or something and the pyrokinetic character has to put them out.
