All she was able to tell me was the protagonist was a girl with black circles for eyes with silver rings around them. She's being pursued by an assassin named Silas with a pet crow/raven. The girl apparently has healing abilities because at a certain point in the book she heals Silas' bird, leaving a white patch of fathers where she healed it. It takes place in an "old kingdom." I'm going to estimate the book may have been written anywhere between 2000-2018. Thanks for any and all help!
