Dystopian book with a crooked government and a love triangle?? Read in early 2010s.

I READ THIS IN THE EARLY 2010S

I remember reading a dystopian book series in which there was a love triangle, ish? Sometime in the book one of the guys died and she ends up running away from a school? with the other to escape the government
(I think I remember the second guy being a guard or security or something)? In a forest? A forest designed to kill anyone that enters? And they’re there for a while (after nearly dying) and manage to escape by crossing a river (somebody thats kinda like a smuggler?) to get back to his house? but they get caught and have to run? And the other one wasn’t actually dead? I’ve been looking for this book for a long time, and every time I Google it, it says delirium, and I have read delirium in the past, BUT I dont think thats it.

its possible my memory may be combining several books together but the main thing I remember being true is that the girl was in a deadly forest with a guy and they were being hunted down. PLEASE HELP!

I actually think I found it, I clicked the link to the book suggested above and from there found books similar to that. I think the book is called Eve by Anna Carey, the description matches pretty well, and I do remember reading this book!

Okay so I have been looking for, what seems like, the exact same book, but when I read the description for EVE it doesn't seem to match. The love triangle(ish) I remember was ended b/c one of the guys actually is bad, and she kisses the security guard in his home?! Is it in another book in the series where she finds her brother in some sort of prison bubble underground? Omg what is it? LOL
