Can someone help me find this book? is a book about two twin brothers, one of them had asthma and was a ventriloquist and dies at the end, the story is narrated by the other twin

the name of the book was "the world of *********", but I don't remember the name, it was a fictional world invented by the two brothers to play with, and it was a very difficult name

there is a scene narrated by one of the brothers: in the scene one of the brothers who is dating, asks his brother to pretend to be him for the girlfriend to see what would happen. but when the girlfriend sees him, she realizes that he is not the real one. she says there is a difference in breathing, in the way he arranges his hair, and in the way he smiles.

I remember that the cover of the book was orange, on the front it had the face of one of the brothers on the side and on the back it had the face of the other

Yes, if it was translated to another languages it may have another name. But in Brazil, in portuguese, the name is " O mundo de ..... " and the word left is a invented one, or maybe it was for me 15y ago since I was a child. Could be a word in german, for example. I only remember that I couldn't pronounce it
