Trying to find a book I read around 2008. Blue cover teen/adult. Main character was possibly a dinosaur/lizard who collected books. He travels to a town where he gets tricked into an underground labyrinth of books where he finds a monster/demon made of paper/scrolls books.

Any idea?? It was great
