What Is the Name of This Book?

Help! Looking for the name of a book

Hi, forgive me if there's another thread on the what's the name book.
I couldn't find it, so thought I'd make a new thread on it.
Also, I had to add a book, which makes no sense since IDK it. So I just went with what I wanting to ask and this book popped up.
When I was probably 8 or under, my sister and I had 3 or 4 books that were solid color, no book cover. All hardback. We were born in the mid/late 70's, My dad read it to us in the early 80's though. So, IDK if it's an old book from 60's or 70's or if it's from the 80's.
1 that I'm thinking of was a maroon color, thick but on the small side.
It was about this girl who was sick named Penelope and she had to take penicillin.
IDR if it was her mother or the doctor trying to give her the medicine, but I think she had an older sister or something there too. It always has stuck out in my mind and never could find anything remotely close to it.
I have been looking for it for years. And it's driving me crazy. LOL
Anyways, I'm sure it was a kid's book but wasn't like a cutesy type.
IDR the other books, but I know they were a dark blue and dark green. IDR if there was a 4th book or just those 3.
I'm guessing if there was, those 3 must have been our favorites and why they stand out.
But they came together as a set.
I appreciate any help and thank you in advance.
