I finished my book The Bodyguard by Katherine Center - 4 stars. Katherine Center never disappoints!! This would be a great beach or pool read!

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a copy of Jade Dragon Mountain, the other yellow book I wanted to read on Amazon or at my library.

I’m sure yellow will come up again and you’ll get another shot, Carolyn.

Rhonda | 180 comments I'm giving 4 stars to Our Lady of the Lost and Found A Novel of Mary, Faith, and Friendship by Diane Schoemperlen . It wasn't at all what I expected when I bought it years ago. I thought it was light-hearted, funny book about Mary (Jesus' mother) visiting a current day woman. It turned out to be full of history about saints and religious visions. This was all new to me, so it slowed me down in my reading as I tried to absorb some of the content. Interesting book.

I've had that happen too, Rhonda -- where a book is NOTHING like what you thought when you got it. Just a few weeks ago I read Zodiac and thought from the title it would be non-fiction about the serial killer. Turned out to be an eco-thriller!

Denise (derickert) | 1276 comments Finished Reckless Girls by Rachel Hawkins , gave it 4 stars. Lots of twists and turns that I didn't see coming. Enjoyed the story but felt the ending was a little abrupt. Kind of torn on how I feel about the main character Lux. I liked how the author slowly releases information about each character kept me entertained.

I’ve been on the fence about this one, Denise. Your comment might be what finally shoves me off! Lol

Martha (marthas48) | 767 comments And I've finished my 2nd yellow one. A Red Herring Without Mustard (Flavia de Luce, #3) by Alan Bradley ... very good, as expected.
