YA where heroine left hero after having a miscarriage

Read this book around 2016-2019

The heroine was a nurse I think and had a highschool sweetheart( hero became a cop) and she left him around college time after having a miscarriage. Fast forward to 7 years later when she has to return home for her sisters wedding and bumps into ex and has a second chance.
