This book was a novel about three characters and it had a wide range of fantastical / sci-fi settings. The story swapped between each of these characters' POV's, and they had very different origins. One of the characters, Cam, was a non-binary alien (apparently their race did not have gender), whose full name was Camlet. I read this book some time from 2011-2015, and it seemed like it had been around for a bit before then. The title may have been some made-up word featuring "Q" or "Quest". If I remember correctly, the cover was somewhere between blue and green in color.
