Whats the name of this book

It's a murder mystery fictional girl gossip book
Its a pre teen to teen book I read back in the early 2007-13
The cover is green white and has a pink stripe on it with a girl laying upside down with long curly hair on it.
The most I remember about this book is that the main character is female and she lives with her dad. She works at a place with her friend that helps people with diet and exercise. And one of the chapters her friend gets mad that one of the customers drops some coins and says "Don't you just hate fatties?" And the main character says yes to please her friend.
The main character dad ends up falling in love with a married women and tells the main character that her husband is beating her. And he ends up killing him and putting him in the back of his car trunk that he was fixing.
The friend knocks on the trunk after they were asked questions by a officer and says " you think your dad put the body in here?" And her friend's brother also gets lost in the woods and found his way out by the sound of bagpipes and has dedicated his life to the bagpipes.
The main character and her mom don't get along at all. Her mom runs a b&b and has a son with her new husband.
And the son flushed an apple down the toilet and the main character says " apples no oranges yes"
She also has a boyfriend that is shorter then her and the go to a boat party where he ends up cheating on her with her friend.
