I read this a while ago. It had interesting money dynamics. Two men meet and hit it off on a plane, one returning triumphant after a successful merger, other depressed after a failed business and guess what, it was the same merger. There was a lot of HR involvement at the end. The boss had an empty townhouse because all he did was work and had no life. The younger guy was Latino, I think... read about 8 years ago.
